Delivery & Returns
All sales channels will have the standard (flat rate) shipping option available.
Shipping cost depend on the item and your location
Duration of delivery depends on the item ordered as will as your location, for US orders it take 2 to 7 days or longer in special circumstances, for international orders it takes 10 to 30 days
In addition to standard shipping, express shipping option is available on certain items
Express shipping within the US: 2-3 business days.
International express shipping: 3-5 business days.
Tracking Information:
As soon as the tracking information becomes available, it will automatically update in your order channel in “My Account” Area and you will receive an email with the tracking number (if applicable)
We use a print on demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply didn’t like the product.
If there is a problem with an order
In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our support team within 30 days of product delivery. We offers a free replacement or a refund in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
It should be pointed out that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Kai’s Shop will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for providing the right information.
